In today's fast paced world, entrepreneurship is growing at a super sonic space. There are several Industry segments which still are positioned as "Male Dominated" or "Male Centric" Industries where either Women Entrepreneurs are not present in numbers OR they are not recognised to be a part of that Industry. Construction is one such Industry where contribution of Women Entrepreneurs is not acknowledged or highlighted. We at "The Real Woman" have taken this task of identifying successful women entrepreneurs and contributors of such Industry segments and highlight their contribution by way of an honest recognition program - The Real Woman Awards
